Certified Financial Planner®

The Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. first certified John Frank Hinrichs as a Certified Financial Planner® in 1996.  Celtic Capital Corporation--an investment advisor registered with the State Securities Board for the state of Texas--employs Hinrichs as its president. 
 
We offer investment advisory services for a percentage of assets under management and prepare financial plans for hourly charges.  We are actively engaged in businesses other than giving investment advice.  We sell products or services other than investment advice. 
 
We specialize in safeguarding family wealth.  We provide advice and direction in the areas of estate planning, trusts, money management, and family financial planning.  We find that having a good understanding of all of these areas enables us to give better advice in any one area.
